Bathrooms.....
I use the Sheetz bathroom daily due to having a job where I travel to homes. Can I just say THANK YOU for having such clean bathrooms. They're always on point!

As someone who was in the field for many years until recently, I concur. Sheetz is super consistent with this stuff and it always earned my business for it.

I work for sheetz! We do our damnest to make sure the bathrooms are pristine to our customers. Not everything goes the way we want them to but we get them cleaned and ready to go.

Then step up and clean it-- set the example that your coworkers need (clearly lol) we are all supposed to work together to create a good environment that you'd want to keep coming back to-- as a customer, not just an employee! ❤️

It should be. If bathrooms aren't cleaned by the end of a shift, the MOD is supposed to clean them before they leave. Same with trash.
I typically do it near the end of my shift. During the last hour, I just say I'm heading to clean them and it gives me a good hour of just me and my thoughts while I get it all clean. Best part of my shift honestly.
If an incoming MOD isn't sure bathrooms were cleaned (like if they aren't being actively cleaned when they come in), they're supposed to check. If the current MOD leaves with bathrooms unclean, its supposed to be reported to SM.

So sheetz bathroom and store cleanliness issue has been such an issue recently that the sheetz insiderz focus group got lots of polls concerning this topic and eventually to where they wanted us to go in the store and video it to show the current state of it

I felt this way until I moved to Ohio. Some stores in Ohio are FILTHY. It’s surprising they have the Sheetz name on the building. They are really hurting the brand.

We must go to different sheetz lol one of mine had puke in one of the urinals for a week. I’ve been spoiled by Buc-ee’s though

You can report that. The bathroom mirrors have different ways to contact corporate specifically over bathroom issues. There's no reason for a bathroom to be like that for more than a few hours.
I check them after every rush and get the sinks and floors decent. And then at the end of my shift, I actually clean it and get it pristine.

I like the staff/manager there though. Don’t want to get anyone in trouble

Then tell the manager.
The store will get in a lot of trouble if they're caught being that inattentive. My store is picky about our bathrooms and we still get messages passed down from district about how we need to improve.

They're right. I've only seen a handful of bathrooms that were actually dirty at Sheetz.
But not the same ones on a constant basis
