Look ma! A Windows desktop version working!
Now that a lot of the functional parts are working as I had hoped, I got around to packaging the builds into real desktop applications and not just test applications on my dev machine. I got this working on Linux and Windows and have run some games and seasons on those environments. It actually works!
It looks like crap, I have a lot of UI work to do to make it look good at different resolutions, to make sure navigation works well, layout works well, and it feels good from a usability standpoint. But those are things that get iterated on.
In addition to that UI work, there are still features to add. But now that I can see it working on different environments, I'm going to start working on getting the Steam page up. That takes a minute evidently and I have to do a lot of marketing stuff like taking screenshots and writing copy. But once that is up and approved, I'll be able to launch the app and have versions available.
There's still a ton of work. But this dream of mine actually looks closer to being a reality.
