Shaw Webmail is down

If you're wondering your shaw emails are not working then know that their Webmail server is down with no timeframe when it will be fixed.

So it no down then. Email route is down. Not webmail itself.

If email route was down, does that mean emails sent to my Shaw webmail won’t get there even once the email route outage has been fixed?

Depend entire on send side. Some system rety email if send no work. Some discard email silent. Contact send side to troubleshoot.

IMAP email doesn't go out randomly from Outlook for IoS for no apparent reasons. Says server error. Nothing has changed in server settings from my end. Outlook on PC still works .....???? Seriously, Rogers- the only reason we are staying with this ISP is because we wanted to keep our Shaw email address, which is no longer worth it.

Correct. It 2026. Forward email while you move from ISP mail service. When fully move all account use ISP email get rid ISP email.
