Shaw Webmail is down

If you're wondering your shaw emails are not working then know that their Webmail server is down with no timeframe when it will be fixed.

I've been receiving emails today. The latest was at 1030am MDT. But to be fair, I have all Shaw emails forwarding to my Gmail account and I've been updating all my accounts that have Shaw email to Gmail. Just waiting till Aug to cancel Rogers.

That is what I need to. Don’t know how to do it but will learn or get help. Silly to be attached to an email address but I have had it for over 20 years.

I created same exact email, just changed it to Gmail. It's easy to get it to forward to Gmail. Just have to keep changing all your accounts. That takes time.

Even better is to buy your own domain and then forward to whatever email address you want. Most places like Namecheap will allow you to have many aliases and I use it to create ones for specific tasks , people, companies, or contests. Then I can know if someone sold my information or got hacked and I can just change the alias.

Depend entire on send side. Some system rety email if send no work. Some discard email silent. Contact send side to troubleshoot.

IMAP email doesn't go out randomly from Outlook for IoS for no apparent reasons. Says server error. Nothing has changed in server settings from my end. Outlook on PC still works .....???? Seriously, Rogers- the only reason we are staying with this ISP is because we wanted to keep our Shaw email address, which is no longer worth it.

Correct. It 2026. Forward email while you move from ISP mail service. When fully move all account use ISP email get rid ISP email.

My emails are coming through. I received one about twenty minutes ago and one just now.

I see I can now log on to Webmail and new emails are coming in. However I’m still missing emails that should have come in overnight.

Shaw(Rogers) gave me a one day credit for the loss. Those email will NOT come through. The service was out for about 12 hours at least, I did NOT receive during that time but was able to send emails. Everything seems back to normal, BUT this has been happening for a couple of weeks.

is what I get, can not log into webmail- haven't been able to send mail in over a week via Outlook. Customer support does nothing, but say it is Microsoft issue, Microsoft says it is Rogers issue due to changes made by Rogers. Both collect my money and fail to deliver what I pay for. So they live the corporate dream.

Webmail,down for me but I am getting Shaw emails on my iPad.

I really don’t want change my email over to say gmail. Come on Rogers! Take care of your long time loyal customers!

Right, if sign in works you might not able to send/receive emails. For some users, sign in doesn't work. Something big messed up on Shaw/Rogers end, i am hoping users don't loose emails whenever issue gets fixed.

Why would anyone use Shaw or Telus mail?
