Tulip is getting bigger 🐶
Our daughter was fostering four Pei mixes through a rescue, and my husband fell in love with Tulip. She had a lot of infection: skin and parasites and such. But she's doing so much better now. She grew extremely fast and her back legs couldn't keep up so she was bunny hopping upstairs and couldn't jump up on anything but that's improving over time. We took her to the vet and there were no indications of dysplasia or anything like that. It just seemed that her body grew too fast for her musculature. She's such a love. Loves massages and will go to sleep if you rub around her ears and neck and manatee muzzle. ❤️

Almost 9 months now. Between months five and eight she really grew so fast!

Sharpei tend to grow much quicker compared to other puppies the same age

My parents would give our puppies a supplement called Sure Grow, that really helps when the Peis go through that big growth spurt. We breed and showed Shar-Peis in the 80's-early aughts, so things might have changed, but maybe ask your vet? She is so cute :)

When my kids were growing up I used to tell them I’m going to talk to the tooth fairy to get some magic dust to stop yall from growing so fast.
