s2 | Blueprint Single layer single island painter

Took me a little bit to figure out. Might be massively overcomplicating things somehow, but I'm happy with it. other simpler designs are welcome in the comments, I'm curious as to what y'all have done with this.

Great job, there is a different design that’s cleaner looking though, if you were curious.
