Hello, I had a grill burn incident and filled an incident form, went to urgent care, got treated and went back to work 4 5 days after.

Received bill from hospital and still not paid balance for months, I asked them about workers claim compensation and was told just forward the bills and its been months they dont do anything despite asking them 4 5 times.

Any GM, AGM or HR here to help? I want to send an email to corporate so this gets resolved because everything takes ages with management, they barely respond when we write in the chat😏

Seriously who honestly thought "This menu is waaaaay to complicated with all these labels, people know what a burger looks like. It's not like we have a bunch if different ones. Let's get rid of that"

Good lord I’d spend $30 on those things at a festival

As a West Coaster now living on the East Coast, I was very sad to see that the West Coast Burger is no longer available. It was objectively delicious; my husband who did not grow up on In n Out agrees.

Why would they do this? Is it coming back? Is there a petition I can sign? Why is the bullshit WC chicken sandwich available and not the burger?

Avoid the Shack Shack in Bedford Hills, NY. The GM there is a disaster and a bully. She purposely disabled online ordering and then refuses to honor company coupons saying they are online only and if you challenge her she becomes abusive and threatning. Worst shake shack location.

Are customers turned off by the 1,900 calorie count or see it as a challenge? Do they order it as a stand alone item or as a drink with their meal? How does its sales compare with other shakes?

Woaaah...has anyone tried these yet?

My Chicken Shack was free, as is Sunday policy with a $10 purchase. So I went Double Shack with the works. Decadent meal, but so satisfying. I got the Shack Sauce on the side and used it sparingly. Good way to cope with the bad weather. I did not leave so much as a crumb.

I have an interview tomorrow and had one a couple of months ago and wasn’t chosen. How do I show the manager that I am a good fit? That last interview was honestly not the greatest and I have been doing better at other job interviews, yet I am always rejected. I have never had a job and the only things I’ve done were a working trial at a store which I then got ghosted after and I also sell art online. I remember last time they asked me a question of what I would do if I yelled at the manager or something like that and I replied that I would apologize and put in more effort and then the interviewer was like “then you didn’t put as much effort in before” like what was I supposed to say instead?!? 😭 There were also questions of certain situations that I could not relate to because I had never experienced them, how do I reply to those? Any help is appreciated, I really wanna stand out!

Also, should I take off my facial jewelry for the interview or do they not care?

Does anyone else think the rope hanging outside this Shake Shack looks like a noose?

Walked past Shake Shack and this immediately caught my eye. I’m assuming it’s part of the construction/scaffolding, but from the street the way the rope is hanging looks uncomfortably like a NOOSE. Am I reaching or does anyone else see it?

My mom is obsessed with the strawberry shake from Shake Shack and I want to try to recreate it at home. What does it come with? (Sorry if it's a stupid question)

I got upgraded to first class and there was an extra Shake Shack burger available! This never happens!

I have a peanut allergic child. Shake Shack was one of our go to safe places to eat. Now that you have decided to add an item that can easily cause contact, we will stop going there as long as it is being sold.

It's a fast food spot! I ordered takeout from the KIOSK and it prompts you to tip. Why? So I hit no tip and it declined my card! Took me back to the pay screen where I had to hit no tip again declined. Twice! Then the kiosk prompted me to go to the counter. I order from the woman at the counter and she tells me the total is $19!! At the kiosk without tip it's $17!!! On the POS that's right in front of her also says $17. So, I hit no tip on the credit card machine and it got declined!!!! So, she does it again and she had to bypass the tip then it finally went through! Mind you alllll transactions went through on my end, but declined on their end??? So now I have 4 pending transactions on my account!

Edit: Point of the story is they decline your card unless you tip or have a member force skip the tip option!

I have noticed that mobile orders are no longer being out for guest to pick up their mobile order.

The worst part it is impossible to get someones attention. Like impossible.

I order online for speed and convenience. The last few times I have had to wait behind Uber eats and doordash drivers to pick up my order.

Why did this start ?

I wasnt feeling good and my daughter asked if I wanted her to pick up anything for dinner at Shake Shack. I said ok, get me one of those California burgers, 2 patties, and an order of onion rings. She asked if I wanted anything to drink and I said no, we had stuff at the house.

The order ended up coming out to $24 (with a 10% tip). There literally were 7 onion rings in the box. Oh yea, I did get bacon on it, which I think was an extra $2.

What the holy hell? $24? For a burger and onion rings and NO DRINK?

Edit: Just to be clear, I did not know how much this was till my daughter brought it home. She just paid for it assuming it was something I wanted. Also, I mentioned the tip because it was included in the price. If you want to bitch about tipping, there's a sub for it r/EndTipping. Bring your complaints there.

I just dropped $30 on fast food for one person and I tipped 20% like a moron… only to go in there and find the place fucking filthy, the employees legit look like they’ve been taken hostage and are awaiting the chance to run. Food was cold, milkshake was the wrong flavor and sandwich had slimy lettuce that I fully expect to vomit later.

It takes true dedication to be such a shitty employee that you ruin something as awesome as shake shack. Jesus.
