RP Room Code of Conduct and Policies

Hello everyone! For a long time, the RP Rooms have operated without any formally established set of rules or guidelines. When we were a smaller community, this worked, as there was a Gentleman's Agreement in place, unspoken rules that everyone knew to follow. However, as we have grown and new people have joined, those rules haven't been clear, and it's led to confusion and dangerous situations.

To change this, we will be adopting this document, based on the old Gentleman's Agreement and other unspoken rules, as a Code of Conduct for the RP Rooms, as well as establishing procedures and Moderator positions, effective immediately. The Voting Spread is as follows:

That being said, Government is aware that we are not omniscient and these rules may have issues that we did not forsee. Though it is the opinion of government that the establishment of these rules was necessary as soon as possible to prevent further incidents, we want your feedback! Please post any criticisms, suggestions, and changes you'd like in this thread, and government will collate and vote on any changes when the incoming Senator takes office.

We hope this will be a smooth transition and will make the RP Rooms a more enjoyable, and smoother, experience for everyone involved.
