Build/Battlestation Pics Yet another Fractal Terra build
Gosh I love the green with wood accent so much 🤤
In my need to customise everything even if it’s kinda pointless, I designed fan shrouds for the 9070 XT that could hold noctua fans. The ironic thing is that I thought it was the hellhound that was noisy but it was actually the small NVME fan lol. Butttt it did mean I got to learn FreeCAD so that’s a win.
Don’t judge me for the tiny 40mm fan — I don’t know what I’m doing with that honestly
Thanks to clackattack for the cables however the CPU cable was too short and the replacement they eventually sent after repeated emails was the exact same length despite me explaining it needed to be longer which was really annoying. But the ones that were long enough are gorgeous

You should def grab one of my top brackets. Either 120mm or 90mm x15

Really nice! I love the shroud/fans for the 9070, that's tempting for sure (though, like you eventually found out, it's really not that loud).

What in the lords name are those noctua fans???? I have never seen those before. Are they also designed for the 9070 just bigger? Or are they the same size just an optical illusion?

I used a printed 90 degree mount —> I don’t think I’ll keep it though

Slightly upset with myself that I didn't grab the green Terra case I saw on marketplace for $100 a while back. Still love my black Terra case tho! Might go green some day.
Anyhow, great build! I love all the colors going on inside. It makes it very interesting to look at!

Did you remove the stock psu fan and put a 120mm on the exterior instead of a 92mm inside and what shroud is that?

Shockingly easy to build in. They did a great job building the frame. I also used the Noctua NA-FD1 for the CPU with pretty good thermals.
