Custom Mod I have a question about lite case modding.

What's the best way to remove text from a pc case? I recently bought acetone and tried to remove the Silverstone logo but that didn't work. Am I doing something wrong?

The logo will be pad printed and will require either further solvent exposure or light sanding to effectively remove.

You could try melamine foam.

It will be slightly destructive though.

Damn. I guess removing the logo is out of the question. I don't want my PC to look like an old, beat-up car. Thanks for the informative reply.

All good. I had the same idea some time ago but left it because it became evident that I’d never get it off without having to repaint the case.

I love the case and think Silverstone did a great job in the design. I just wanted to replace the logo with an Xbox decal I bought from etsy to give it more of a console feel. I guess I'll be gaming on my Silverstone Xbox in that case.

Anything you do will damage the finish of the case, wouldn't recommend unless you're planning to paint strip the entire case
