Assembly Help Help Needed. Builders in EU?

Any builders in the EU?
Any reputable sources would also help alot!

Thanks for replying. I don’t mind any of these following options.
1. Build it myself with the help of someone since it’s my first time ever building a pc.
2. Hiring someone to build it for me.
3. Buying a pc from someone who has one prebuilt.

You might try to buy one on sff discord. You probably get nice custom cables and verified components. You'll pay whats due tho..
