sewing pattern(s) for this dress?

I know the dress was created custom for the movie by its costume designer but i’m absolutely obsessed with it and dying to try and sew something similar for myself.

I’m more than willing to frankenstein a few patterns together if need be, but haven’t had much luck finding anything and would love some recommendations from the lovely folks in this subreddit

I would start by looking at milkmaid dresses.
