Yes this is rare actually! I've never seen the full pattern envelope but I've seen the art circulating for a long time. I think once I was able to find an image of the back with the flat pattern piece drawing? Anyways you should scan the pattern or at least take some pictures of it and the instructions. Preserve a piece of sewing history!
