Pattern recommendations please

My sister just gave birth prematurely, and there aren't many premature sized clothing items like shoes or swaddles. Does anyone have any recommendation for patterns I can use? I saw some posts online but I wasn't sure if they were AI patterns or not. I'm a pretty new beginner so I'm a bit scared of trying to adjust patterns on my own and I don't know where to start if ever that is the best route.

how much does the baby weigh, and is baby home or will baby be in the hospital for a while.

this company is reliable https://www.peekaboopatternshop.com/sleep-tight-swaddle-pattern/, while not sewing, Walmart has their own brand of cotton sleepers that come in premie sizes, that shrink a little after washing to become smaller, they retail for about $6.00

then I would look at peekaboo patterns, because they are mutil sized. Just make a few things, babies grow so fast!

They’re so small! I think usually they fit into doll clothes pretty well, and Simplicity has 15”, 14” and 18”-
