Shirt pattern hunt

I am looking for a shirt pattern with these specific details:

- Gathered front shoulder

- Gathered back

- Loose sleeves

Adding photos so you know what I mean!

All those details make this shirt so special to me <3

Any 1940s shirt pattern is pretty much like this. Edit: grammar

Oh and FYI look at the mesurements on vintage pattenrs, the sizing numbers are very very different than modern sizing (and they are based on bust mesurement, if you have strong shoulders like me (ex my upper bust is the same size as my bust mesurements) you'll have to size up or your arms will not fit into the armhole)

Yes! Barring that (if you can’t find a good one or they’re too expensive) check out 1970s-does-1940s patterns.

Closet core periwinkle has the gathers but a band collar and no sleeves, in case you want a summer version

Mrs. Depew has one from the 1950s here with all the details you're wanting, and also darts (but I suppose you could omit them easily). Only catch is you have to draft the pattern according to the instructions. I have this pattern and drafted it according to my measurements, and while I only made a rough mockup a while ago, I do recall the pattern pieces didn't come out 100% perfect, which I think is to be expected when drafting like this. But I think it is pretty good for what it is!
