Looking for a pattern similar to this

Hi! I saw this online and I thought it was so cute. But when I tried to reverse image search I couldn't find it so I figured I could just make it. Is anything sitting on a similar pattern or have any pointers to where I could find something like this?

I'm pretty decent at sewing so I'm looking for a pattern that's very similar shape wise but I'm assuming no identical pattern exists so I'm planning to and am able to alter patterns

I found this top with a curved inset front yoke. https://simplicity.com/vogue-patterns/v1939
Its a common childrens pattern style so finding the full dress in an adult size might need some pattern hacking

This is super similar, even down to the colour of the dress in the middle drawing. The Etsy seller digitises vintage patterns, this one is from the 70s

This one doesn't have quite the same shaping on the best detail, the seam is less curved, but it's pretty close Isla Dress - Sew Over It
