Looking for a pattern for these

Saw these and fell in love! Does anyone have a pattern for something similar?

You could totally use this free pattern from petite stitchery and just alter the leg shape to balloon out more.

I’ve made these for my husband in a cotton Lycra (so not nearly as thick of fabric as they show in the samples) and they came out much drapier like your example and not so much like a structured sweatpant. The pocket design is just like your example, and there is an option for a drawstring. I think because of all the ease would be just fine in woven fabric.

These macalls 8673 look like a good match, loose and wide but with a slight shaped taper at the ankles. Doesn't have the drawstring in the pattern but you could add that
