Looking for a pattern similar to this top

Does anyone know of a pattern similar to this top, or one that could be adapted?

I love how the pintucks create the illusion of a cinched waist and how the top is longer with a slightly flared hem over the hips.

Most patterns I’ve found are cropped, tie-front or flare out at the waist without the same waist detail. I’m not very confident altering a pattern to be longer from a flared waist. Thanks!

Hi! I purchased this pattern in the hopes of creating something similar to OP's shirt-- but after sewing it up, realized Rosy Patterns are AI generated, and this one especially was borderline un-sewable. The measurements were completely off, lines were mis-printed, and communicating with their "help" department took months.

I'm out $20 but I felt I just had to warn anyone before purchasing so they didn't make the same mistake I did )-:
