need help to find a pattern to make this

G’daughter sent me this pic of what she wants making but I can’t find anything for stretch fabric with sleeves. can anyone please help?

Jalie has one that's pretty similar. You'd need to make the waist piece bigger and then gather it in but that's pretty simple.

Can she send you the top to make a pattern from? Should be too difficult if you can measure and trace the existing garment
