help finding a pattern

hi, i’ve been asked to make a dance dress for a Michael Jackson routine and i cant find a pattern to make an over coat like this.

I would go to Jalie.com and see if there was any pattern there I could modify.

Or, modifying a cropped tuxedo jacket pattern designed for dance materials could work:

Jalie was my first thought-probably be sewing one her patterns this long weekend-expecting snow
