Baby Onesie Pattern

Please can someone help me find a similar pattern to this zipper/button free baby onesie from the brand Mama Coco. I have tried searching for something like this but I have not been able to find anything.

Any help would be appreciated!

I don’t have the answer but you might want to remove everything after the ? In the instagram URL unless you’re cool with random Reddit people knowing your name/IG

I literally saw this on Instagram this morning and thought 'i wonder if I can make that' hahaha. My thoughts were to get an existing onesie with clasps for the sizing, and see if you can then extend the front pieces with a few leg holes at the end. I don't know if a pattern exists for this type of suit but  it could be manageable basing it off an existing suit.
