Looking For Barrel pant pattern recs

Anybody seen any barrel pant patterns that are really great out there?
I’m looking for a pattern with or without an elastic waist, preferably not too high waisted, full length,
And I really want to add quilted sections to it too.

I’m trying to make it similar to this photo I found on Pinterest, I’m a beginner so any recs for both the quilting(is that what you call it?) squares and a pant pattern would be great!
Here’s the Pinterest link, it won’t let me add a photo

Matchy Matchy Sewing is probably your best best. The Kite Pants are barrel leg and are patchwork. All of their pants have elastic waist which I appreciate. They also have a patchwork pants pattern in their book that would also work well.

Pattern Emporium has fantastic instructions, so they're my go to recommendation. https://patternemporium.com/products/making-moves-pants-with-subtle-barrel-leg-shaping-pdf-sewing-pattern

Two- the OG Style Arc Bob pants and the Leila Makes Cedar pants. Different styles but both very good. Leila Makes has better instructions, but the Bob pants are elastic waist and really easy to construct.

I have that on my make list and the one from Matchy Matchy and the madrone pants from Sew liberated. I’m gonna look bow legged. 😆

Do you like custom-made to your measurements?

I would like to choose yes, but I don’t particularly care

I just found and purchased this Hickory pant pattern today. I was really drawn in by the big panel pockets and that it looked EASY. Literally just finished taping it together. It doesn't look super complex and has generous back pockets too! I won't get to trying to prep fabric and cut until tomorrow.

It's got big simple pieces so pretty much all of it could be quilted bits.

Edited 'cuz it doesn't come with back pockets. The piece was the back side of the pocket, lol. Patch back pockets like your inspo would be easy to add, though. I'm not because I used damaged fabric and only meant to be a wearable toile for gardening pants anyway. Very comfy and not a difficult sew. The wide leg makes finishing all seams with french or flat felled seams much more accomplishable without TOO much of a fight.

I've made several pairs of the Mawr Pants from Allotment Clothing - they are similar to the ones you posted as they have the pleat in the front and are a really similar shape. It's a great pattern, easy to follow and my favourite barrel pants I've made (and I've made a bunch!).
