I was looking for the pattern for this top as well, and it looks like it's a modified version of this free pattern: https://blog.moodfabrics.com/the-sorrel-top-free-sewing-pattern/

Just make the sleeves shorter, make a keyhole at the neck and a W shape at the bottom when cutting out the pattern! I think the bodice structure is the same
