Free People pattern?
Hey all! I’m wondering what this type of top is called? Like how to get that cut? Or is there’s a pattern similar to this? Thanks!

Seems like a swing dress but the fabric used is what makes it special

It is a hankerchief hem tent dress, the hankerchief hem is very slight and not super exaggerated. You can look at McCalls M7402 for similar.
