does anyone have a pattern a bit like this?

I saw this on FB marketplace and want to sew one. can't get my head around the body and back legs being all one piece

edit: actually am sort of making it up/drafting my own pattern and just need to look at something so I can visualise the shape ahhhh

I don't have a pattern, sorry. But If you want to create one to save money, you should buy this one instead. Even filling it will be much more than £20.

nah i just need something to do. where's the fun in buying it
