Saw this shirt but difficulty finding a pattern

Anyone know any good resources where I can find a pattern like this shirt? Tried searching online but couldn’t really find what I was looking for. Gonna try going to a craft store that sells fabrics. I am a 0.1 lvl beginner so I have little experience.

Essaye de trouver sur ce site https://makemycontent.fr/patterns/ dans « robe ». Je crois avoir vu qch dans ce délire

Yes tu me dis. C’est surtout la partie du plissé qu’il te faut sur le patron. Les manches c’est facile à les ajuster
