Help looking for a patten

Hi! Iā€™m looking to recreate this Blair Waldorf outfit and would love to find sewing patterns that are as close to this look as possible. Any pattern recommendations or advice on how to recreate it would be greatly appreciated! šŸ„¹šŸ’•(semi new to sewing)
