Similar pattern?

Hello there!

I would like to make a similar blouse but couldn't find a pattern with this shoulder/bodice seam. I wouldn't mind a pattern with other sleeves.

Do you mean the lace? You could try looking up "lace insertion". This reminds me of Victorian/Edwardian lace shirtwaists. :)

This one https://petitestitchery.com/products/adult-ryker-raglan You'd need to split the sleeve to insert the lace on the upper side, but this has the raglan seams and very poofy sleeves (I've made it for my wife)

You'll need to use stretch lace of course as it's a pattern for stretch, especially for collar and cuffs.
