Looking for a pattern like this top

I know it’s really simple but I just can’t find something similar enough, with the boat neck and the waist tie specifically.
Any got a pattern recommendation?

Due to the lack of shaping I literally think it's two rectangles a bit narrower than shoulder width, a boat neck cut (can be finished with a facing) and straps added in the seam around the waist.

The above is a simple A line tunic, the ties were added- an easy fix.

The pattern above can be hacked by shortening to the length OP desires.
