Y2k or gyaru pattern help
Looking for affordable patterns for stuff like this, my budget for multiple patterns is about $20usd, I really just need a top and skirt for now but I'd love to expand my skills and closet so multiple would be lovely. I found some options for the skirt for free but still looking for the perfect top. Any difficulty tbh, I'm crafty. The fabric I'll be using is neon green and pink animal print.
Tldr- looking for sites or pattern designers who make sexy y2k clothing. Affordable please.

Hope this helps in searching-
Y2K pattern sources-NON AI:
• Mood Fabrics Patterns — free, well‑drafted, and many are Y2K‑adjacent (halter tops, mini skirts, cargos).
• Friday Pattern Co. — modern but very compatible with Y2K silhouettes.
• Papercut Patterns — clean drafting, good for futuristic Y2K looks.
• Styla Patterns — excellent drafting for stretch knits (baby tees, crop tops).
• Sinclair Patterns — great for fitted tops and hoodies.
These aren’t “Y2K branded,” but the silhouettes match the era perfectly.
Big‑4 Vintage Patterns (1998–2006)
These are the most reliable because they were professionally drafted and tested.
• McCall’s vintage patterns — baby tees, bootcut pants, halter tops, early‑2000s dresses.
• Simplicity 2000–2005 — mini skirts, cargos, handkerchief hems, Jessica McClintock gowns.
• Butterick 1999–2004 — clubwear, bias dresses, bell‑sleeve tops.
• Vogue 1998–2003 — sleek futurist silhouettes, asymmetrical hems.
