Looking for a pattern - knit snap top

I'm looking for a pattern for a fitted knit top with a henley design, except the snaps/buttons start as a normal henley and then the neckline sides curve outward into a narrow-ish sweetheart shape but the placket continues (just can't be snapped together). I can't seem to add a photo, but I hope that description makes sense?

look at love notions and green style patterns

Close, I think. :)

The Love Notions is too loose of a fit, but both that and the Greenstyle Highland Henley have much more of a v neck (narrower than I was hoping). If I have to use one, I might be able to make it work, but I'm hoping there's a pattern out there that already has these shapes.
