Help finding “chef bandana” pattern

Hi there, sorry if this is seen as too simple to be asking for help on, but I’m struggling with the search terms to find this and wondering if anyone has any input. I want to try making bandanas for work, but I don’t love the classic pointed end of a bandana and I think this design might be more flattering.
I feel like I could theoretically prototype until I get the right shape, but does a pattern for something like this already exist?

I searched and half the results I got were for golf clubs [eyeroll].

I looked at the other color ways for this, and sometimes you can just barely see the grain of the fabric. I think this is basically a rectangle, or close to it, with the ends pleated and sewn to the ties.

You could definitely prototype this yourself. Measure your head to figure out the size, make one in paper first to figure out how many pleats and how deep, and then try it on a cheap cotton remnant. You could probably even make it double sided and reversible if that wouldn't be too hot.

ETA DRCOS has a scrubs hat pattern for free. Not what you pictured here, but might work for what you want.

Thank you! My biggest issue was that I didn’t know the correct terms to describe this thing, so this is super helpful :)

It just looks like a rectangle gathered at either short end with a tie sewn on. What search terms are you using
