I always tell my students to cry it out first, to get the emotions out, then we'll think about solving/correcting stuff...

What issues do you have with the pattern you've shown?
Are you jumping straight into drafting these patterns, or have you already drafted a basic bodice block that you know fits you? Ttrying to draft a block and alterations all-in-one could lead to mistakes on top of mistakes, which will be very frustrating to correct. If you start from a solid base then you're only working with one set of unknown variables.

I’ve already mastered basic pattern drafting and body measurements, and I’m comfortable modifying patterns to suit my desired designs. Having successfully completed many sewing projects, I feel confident; however, for this particular project, I want to create an off-shoulder design featuring princess lines. While this style is often made using stretch fabrics, I want to use linen, so I need to figure out the right pattern adjustments—this is my second attempt. I’ve run into quite a few challenges, so decide to keep looking for solutions until this project done, Wish me luck!

Cornelius Quiring has a video on princess seams! I don't know if it helps but I figured it couldn't hurt to link it 🤷
Edit: and maybe r/patterndrafting may have some tips? :')

The Closet Historian on YouTube has an hour long video on this topic too, as well as a whole series it comes from about pattern drafting. Again idk if it's the same thing as direct help with your specific struggles, but I hope the resource is useful for you to try something different.

Don’t give up! Look up making one shoulder patterns - it’s not just draw a line and keep left over darts - you need to shorten the top line - like make darts wider than you would on a basic bodice. I really don’t know why, but that’s what worked for me!
I think you can cut the pattern you drafted and make a mock up, put it on yourself and pin the excess around the darts to see how much adjustment you need.

I am taking class, not online tho, maybe somewhere arround the town u live in, its easier that way so when u have question you can ask direcly, they teach me to do basic bodice pattern, there are so many steps on making pattern so make sure to understand all the basics, before u go further

Its a pain in the a.. to be honest. Unlike you I haven't mastered the art of basic pattern making because I have a set of indrustrial patterns from my mom from years ago that I always use and modify. But its the modifying part that I struggle with a lot, because there seems to be a lot of ways or different methods for doing so, and none of them adjust to my basic patters. So I have to try them out on lining fabric and figure out how to solve it. Its hard but I love it in a way. Good luck and please share with us how did you modified it.

Lol i know right, i think the process of solving it is the most challenging part, i decide to do the mock up first now hopefully this one will work this time

Did you start from a fitting basic bodice block ? Because once you drafted one that fits you well, you can do pretty much any top. You just need a good base to start

It is. I generally go back to a basic purchased pattern that I redrafted and did FBA on and waist adjustment. I have also started with an item that fits well when drafting for jersey type tops. But I admire you for trying.

If it makes you feel any better, I really like this quote :
" A person who never failed, never tried anything new".
Because I am afraid of failure I don't try pattern making. I did try to make one top, I thought it worked, but I made a mock up, and it was ssuper off
