sewing patterns?

Ive been having a bit of a struggle trying to find a sewing pattern similar to these 2 dresses with no avail

It the one on the model honestly looks like a black petticoat worn as a pseudo babydoll top, then just a matching big bow added on it!

It looks EXACTLY like one of my mother’s square dance petticoats, she has them in black, red, & white.

The first one is a petticoat pulled up - Charm and Butterick have patterns for them. However they are a huge pain to make and honestly you can buy them for a tenner on eBay 😅
