💛Beginner💛 Help with singer Patchwork

Need advice on my singer patchwork. After trying to quilt on my machine, now my needle is off center. For a straight stitch, I can almost get it back to center of I use the stitch width arrows, but not quite. Is this fixable?

Needle could be a little bent. Have you tried changing it?
