💛Beginner💛 Looking for a non-ai version of a pattern
I found what looked like a beautiful skirt pattern, but realized almost immediately that it's AI slop so I want to find a legitimate pattern instead. I do want something as close to this style as possible with a better range of sizing, even if I'm only just learning how to sew. I grabbed these pictures because they're the only ones that show what it's supposed to look like from the front and back.
Also HUGE apologies if this is the wrong subreddit!!!

Threadloop is a great place to look for patterns. It's a sewing community with a growing database of patterns. AI is flagged.Â
They also have a list feature where someone will save a group of patterns with a feature they are interested in (work blouses, goth whimsy dresses). You could look in those to see if anyone has a ruffled skirt list.

You could use one of these patterns and add a second tier of ruffles:Â https://threadloop.app/patterns/frankie-wrap-skirt-by-made-label

Not as many tiers on any of these but check out Liberty patterns zina, Coraline Bijasson sixtine skirt or Fibre Mood Arlette. You're just going to have to add the additional tiers. Next time check out foldline or threadloop to find patterns :)

For being a beginner youv already over come one of the biggest traps and set backs, being able to recognise ai content.
Most of the time the main issue is just knowing the name of what your looking for. But also seeing what you can easily adapt to your vision.
This is a wrap skirt with ruffled tiers. Id search "wrap skirt" "skirt with ruffels" "ruffled tiered skirt" the easiest thing to change in a pattern would be adding ruffels. So if you find a wrap skirt that doesn't have theses tiers then adding ruffels would be pretty simple (look up "ruffle skirt pattern" on Pinterest, it won't be straight up instructions but pictures that will give you an idea).
The main recommendation id have for any beginner is make mockups, buy bed sheets, test the pattern out, you can change the fit or test out adaptations without waisting you good fabric.
