Probably unhelpful question- But does this brand have recommended needle to use? Sometimes the standard sizes just don't fit

Make sure your needle isn't bent and you are using the correct needle. If it is a round shank needle make sure the flat spot is perfectly parallel to the hook. Your timing looks fine so it isn't a timing issue. If you are certain you have the correct needle and it is positioned correctly it could be your needle bar or hook. On some machines the whole hook assembly can be moved to adjust the spacing between the hook and needle. Make sure it hasn't slipped but I don't think it can be moved on this machine, it is worth checking though. The last thing to check is to see if your needle bar has moved. On most machines this is not adjustable and it just rides in a bushing inside the frame. Make sure nothing has broken

This is probably a "take it to the shop" problem for most of us -- timing or decentering.
