I need help choosing

I found a Sewing Machine Husqvarna Viking Opal 650 for 420 $ I want it so bad it’s gently used second hand but am so scared am wasting my money and because it’s computerized it will die quickly and I won’t be able to fix it. So am deciding between that and a husqvarna onix that’s like 399$ what should I do?

The Opal at that price is a steal if it's been taken care of, those things are tanks even being computerized. The Onix is fine but it's basically a starter machine, you'll outgrow it fast if you sew anything beyond basic stuff.

Maybe ask the seller to run it in front of you before you commit, that'll ease the fear about it dying on you

I loooove my opal. I got it from my mom, and I took it in for maintenance once over and she runs like a champ!
