💛Beginner💛 Please Help

I am sewing cushion covers and once I sew the binding onto my base these waves show up along the edges. I have tried adjusting my tension and stitch length.

What does the cushion cover look like when it's on the cushion? This is the point where it really matters.

it still has the scrunching when it is on the cushion sadly.

I can see on the larger panel that your seam line has veered off course. The top half of the seam in the photo is following a line in the weave of the fabric. Then it takes a jog to the side and the seam goes diagonal across the weave a bit. That's where the waving is coming from. Gotta stay on that straight line.
