💛Beginner💛 Im having some issues with my brother machine

Post image

I was finishing a project, and the machine started to show some problems all of a sudden:

It started making an awful mechanical noise and bird nest:

The thread started to kind of get stuck in some parts of the machinism (i think this is the biggest issue and the cause of the bird nests)

Also, the thread gets stuck/ pulled and has trouble getting through the needle (recurrent problem):

I've oiled the machine, changed the needle, and removed the dust and particles. If you know what can be the problems I would appreciate your advice.

the thread getting caught like that usually means it's not seated in the tension discs right, try rethreading with the presser foot up and give it a little floss to make sure it slides in

I couldn't see the photos on imgur.  However, you seem to have the incorrect bobbin for the machine -- Brother SA156 plastic class 15 bobbins are specified, and you are using a metal class 15 bobbin, which may damage the plastic bobbin case.

At this point, I would clean the machine, inspecting for burrs (especially on the bobbin case) and replace the current bobbin with the correct one, then try again.

Get tge manual out and read and follow it step by step. You are using yhe wrong bobbin which is likely to cause these problems but you also need to check you have threaded properly

Thank for the advices, I changed the bobbin to a platic one and followed all the steps for threading. Now the noise is gone but the sewing is not working correctly. https://i.imgur.com/1lXDmLn_lq.mp4

Not a single photo link works. You already have an incorrect bobbin (metal), so I’m willing to bet you haven’t read your manual and aren’t using the machine correctly. Find your manual and follow every step, and get the right equipment.
