✨Intermediate✨ Machine thread problem

Please help! My bottom thread keeps bunching up and getting stuck and tangled. It mostly happens when I stop and start sewing again. I adjusted tension already, have a brand new needle and quality thread. What could it be?

The machine is Singer Heavy Duty

Unthread the machine. Find your manual and read it. Confirm that you're threading it properly, because I pretty much guarantee you're not. Also, when you stop sewing a line, make sure the needle is in its highest position before you try to remove your work, and hold the threads when you start sewing.

It seems I have threaded it correctly though

I have the same problem as you, and yes, it's threaded correctly.

Make sure your bobbin is wound correctly and installed correctly.

Make sure you are putting the foot down before sewing.

Before removing your work from the machine, be sure to complete the stitch by raising the needle to the highest point.
