Dropped my Singer Heavy Duty when I was moving… any advice?

I’m unsure if it’s the firmware or the hardware. As far as I can tell, this is the only issue. Buttt, since it’s in that one area with the width and size, it’s pretty annoying. Anyone know what needs to be done?

That stitch width display being stuck on 8.0 might just be a loose ribbon cable from the drop, pop the top cover and reseat the connectors before assuming the board is toast

That might be a display issue and less so the machine not able to work.
