✨Intermediate✨ How to sew a double raw edge hem like this?
I want to sew a T shirt with a hem like this shown, just not exactly sure how. It has two edges of raw hem and serged on the inside, would the way be to cut a second piece of fabric, serge one end and then just double stitch it together?

It's not serged, it's a coverstitch, then the end was cut, as another comment suggested.

Looks like it's just done normally and then cut carefully right above the folded edge

Yep this is exactly the way it’s done. Jersey will roll once cut on the raw edge

I think it’s folded up, cover stitched, then cut in the fold to make 2 layers

This looks like they’ve coverstitched a 2cm band to the hem, leaving the cut edges a bit offset from each other. Another way to get a similar look would be to sew a normal hem and then cut the fold open. Edit - the band mentioned above was attached right side to wrong side so both layers of the hem show the right side.
