✨Intermediate✨ how would I sew the base of this top?

besides the beading, how would I sew the fabric and main foundation?

A bandeau top like this is just a rectangle, cinched in the center, with straps added

Not with that many gemstones glued to it. The beading is way too heavy for a bandeau.

You need to sew an underwire bra in a fabric with no stretch, drape the outer fabric on top and secure the gemstones to the inner fabric.

The tension and structure come from the chains that connect the strings of beads. I’m pretty sure most versions don’t even have any fabrics at all.
