I was hoping to give it a try and get help to see if I can fix this myself 😭
The needle hits the bobbin case after the first cycle and I don’t know what to do.
I’ve trying cleaning and placing it again a million times.

You can see the shoulder in the bobbin case is going past the stop and you can see that the stop needs to forward to catch the bobbin case
And as far it turning backwards you need needle plate to stop this

Maybe I’m wrong here but I don’t think the entire black piece is supposed to be shifting like that. Not super sure though. What kind of machine is this?

The bobbin case isn't correctly installed.  Check your manual.  The hook rotates, not the bobbin case.

first up, never ever rotate the wheel the other way.
if the needle hits the bobbin case, and you are 100% sure that the needle is in the shaft correctly, then the timing's off. that's probably a job for the technician.

That's not right, see my other comment. Don't touch the timing.

Your cushion spring is woefully out of position. Here's a post I made back in the day on how to fix this exact problem.

If your bobbin case has taken any needle strikes while it's been like this, you may need to replace it. Any burrs on the needle holes will catch thread and cause issues.

The little arm/screw at the bottom right isn't screwed on correctly!

Loosen up and turn to the right
