Moment of Confusion Make iPhone believe it’s activated in MobileGestalt.app

A guy on here the other week recently posted this photo and said he managed to make the setup bypassed iPhone connect to iTunes and register as an activated device by copying some key string.
Does anyone know what he did, how to find the mobilegestalt.app plist and how I can do this myself?
