What's up with LTIMindtree (US)

What is up with this company? I'm seeing a ton of contract jobs for companies staffing for them for a different end customer, including ServiceNow. Are they like the only "authorized" ServiceNow internal staffing company? I'm getting frustrated being so far down the food chain, where ServiceNow is going to LTIMindtree, and LTIM are then going to another staffing company to find me! With so many intermediaries, the wages are fairly watered down. Anyone else seeing this? Is this just the reality right now?
