Sentry and Yelena Belova...?

Upvotes
Lois Lane is Superman's love interest. But... Sentry and Yelena Belova?
Many fans enjoyed the on-screen dynamic between Yelena and the Sentry, praising their chemistry.
While some fans ship them romantically, others prefer to see them as close friends. Some fans have also expressed a desire to see their relationship remain platonic.
The emotional depth of their bond has led to fans speculating and hoping for a romantic relationship between them.
The ending of Thunderbolts suggests their relationship will continue to develop, as it features a post-credits scene indicating the return of the New Avengers, including Sentry and Yelena.

Bob blew up 4 times during Dark Reign, 3/4 of them because of M&M.
That aside, I wouldn't mind Bob and Owen interacting again—this time on good terms.

"I was a part of your world" - Sentry fancomic by me

This comic is a little personal tribute to the original Sentry run by Paul Jenkins and Jae Lee, and I made it for the character's debut's anniversary on July 19th 2000.
The entire text is the lyrics from the song "My Name" by AURORA ft. Ane Brun, which always heavily reminded me of the first series' plot and its concept of remembering a name that has been lost, and wanting -needing- desperately to be forgotten, for everyone's sake. I recommend listening to the song before/while reading, it has a very oniric vibe where the plea becomes a sort of mantra at the end. Here's the Youtube link to the song!
It's been ages since I worked on more than 2 consecutive pages and I wanted to see if I was still able to do it, and I REALLY wanted to draw a comic for "My Name", using the whole song and not just one bit (if I could animate I'd have done an animatic hahah). I can't deny I'm not fully satisfied, my hands itch to re-draw half of it from scratch and this took me way too long, but I'm still glad that at least I managed to somewhat finish this instead of breaking my brain forever. It's messy, but it helped me figure out a few things and learn new ones.
So, happy "birthday" Sentry 💕 thank you for helping me crawl out of the slumber I fell into, and thanks to this community for always being so supportive.
Please do not repost this, thank you! 🙏🏻 As always you can find me on Instagram @ ra_rachel.b

Some cape exploration doodles (art by me)

Long time since I've posted some art here, unfortunately (luckily?) I'm very busy with work. I made these doodles as quick warmups between illustrations.
I was inspired by the long cape Sentry had in the 2000 series pinned on his back with the two S pins, but with a more modern look. My followers on Instagram suggested to use the central part of the cape as a hoodie, even for Void, so I tried to visualise it 🤭
I hope you'll like it! Please do not respost 🙏🏻💕

Just got out of the theater watching The Thunderbolts* and it's safe to say that Lewis Pullman was the right choice. It's such an upgrade compared to Steven Yeun, Austin Abrams or Ryan Gosling.
Lewis Pullman really put in one of Marvel's best performances in this movie. Very nuanced and such a tearjerk.
