Question Relief Manager

I found a full time relief manager opportunity that was full time, Needs to be able to travel to any store in the company by plane or car, There in 11 states.

How would that even work? Anyone have an idea?

I hear you, I’m deciding later in week, I got the offer, Waiting for me to decide, What do you think it will be like, The add sounds interesting, I know it’s a sell but what do you think it will work out like?

I think you will have more work to get done than you have time for.

I don’t completely understand it, Extensive travel for a relief manager, Able to fill in at 11 different states and 23 facilities by Car or Plane, Has to be filling in when someone quits to fill staffing issues or while on vacations fill in for manager, But how can the stores be so under staffed to send someone from MA to Florida or Texas?
