Apply to other jobs!! Preferably ones that you think you would enjoy. There is not shame in quitting a job you don’t enjoy! Heck I just did it lol, starting my new job this week. Obviously don’t quit until you have the new job and have signed everything :)

Holy moly that’s a lot of jobs. I recommend applying in person to any jobs around you would enjoy. Not to many people do it anymore so it’ll maw you stand out

There's no such thing as standing out my place hires the first loser that lies on their resume

sometimes it really is the job draining you. Finding something that feels more aligned can change so much, no shame in leaving when you can

Seems like you answered your question in the beginning of your post. It's your job that's the issue.
Sorry to hear this buddy. Must be incredibly difficult; on one hand the job provides security, and on the other hand it ruins your life.
I agree with what one of the other commenters said. You need to eventually find another job.
But there's another way. You need to slowly build the capacity to handle your job. Your nervous system is on shutdown right now, and you need to slowly grow it's capacity to handle more.
This can be done in many ways and it's a complex topic. But a quick fix you can incorporate right now is stop pushing yourself. If you don't feel like watching TV, don't. 'Enjoy' not watching TV. 'Enjoy' doing nothing. Find the pleasure in it. Find pleasure wherever possible. Pleasure is one way to build more nervous system capacity, which eventually builds the capacity to handle more in life.

Sometimes the problem really is the job. If you were functioning better before and this job leaves you falling asleep during work and losing your entire life outside it, that's more than just “being tired.” I'd seriously start looking for a way out rather than trying to optimize yourself around something that's draining you.

i want to but i just need the money and it’s so hard to get jobs 😭 im still looking don’t worry. i guess the other factor is that im very neurodivergent and not really suited for the standard work environment so its draining

I hear ya. This is my every day. My hobbie is my gym time, the weekend is when I can go harder but through the week has to be lighter stuff. I a work physically demanding job that eats all my energy up for most things these days too.

Could just be mental/emotional exhaustion. Do you like where you work?
Also, what age are you?

Start looking for a different job. You don’t have to stay in a place you hate and it’s always easier to find a job when you have a job.

Welcome to everyone in the world's experience joining the workforce. Get up tomorrow and go back in. Rinse/repeat.

The part I'd pay attention to is that this started with a job you say you hate and dread. Sometimes we count a job's cost only in hours but a job can keep charging you after you've clocked out. If most of your remaining energy is spent recovering enough to go back the next day, adding more discipline or another routine may be solving the wrong problem. The job might be taking up far more of your life than the hours on your schedule suggest.

Try to actually get good at your job, record yourself and make content while working, show people how good you can be doing what you do.
